This is a great time to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Durham Southpoint! We are currently in the process of completing a multi-million dollar transformation of all guest rooms, corridors and public space which boast a crisp, contemporary design. 



The Front Desk Associate will accommodate hotel, guests by registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.    

To meet the standards of the Hilton Durham, all employees are expected to:                                   

Maintain and promote hospitality at all times

Welcome and serve guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.

Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.


Previous experience in a front-line customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication skills - ability to listen carefully and speak clearly so others can understand

Good computer skills/proficiency

Accurately handle cash and charges

Ability to stand for long periods of time
